Just like kusion assets at https://github.com/KusionStack/kusion/releases/tag/v0.7.3 . The kcl-openapi tool needs to be able to download and install separately through binary releases. This is because the kcl-openapi tool currently only provides the go install method. Users without a go environment may not be able to download it separately.
