Always-enabled extensions don't get enabled by default after install

Steps to reproduce:
- Install Context
- Put Adblock in Always-enabled extensions
- Close then open browser.
- Adblock is not enabled.
To enable ad block, I have to create another context, enable it, and suddenly Context notices it has Always-enabled extensions and enables them too :)

Thanks for a report!
Putting extensions into 'always enabled' doesn't enable them. This behaviour is not a bug. Similarly, if you disable manually any of the 'always-enabled' extensions, Context won't try to stop you or re-enable this extension. I feel that this should stay that way to be understandable. I don't think that anyone would want Context to enable/disable extensions without any direct action (like clicking on the context name in the popup).
If you disagree, please let me know. Maybe I'm missing something.
