After automatic renew certs doesn't install them

The service snap.certbot.renew.service renews all certificates near the expiring date, but after that, the plugin doesn't install them to the config of Nginx Unit.
I've to run manually
certbot install --configurator nginx-unit
version: certbot-nginx-unit v1.0.8
