Please update PyPi keepkey version

The version of keepkey on PyPi is for 4.0.2. However several versions appear to have been released since then as indicated by the tags for this repository. Please update PyPi with the latest version so that those using pip can get the up to date library.

I've also just noticed that the version number in setup.py does not match the git tag version numbers. These should be updated too to avoid confusion.
