Make border widths thinner?

Unfortunately some programs make the borders of their programs wider than necessary (e.g. 3 pixel).
What I needs is not colorize borders but make them thinner (1 pixel).
Can you add this feature?

No. The borders this program colors are 1px by default and that cannot be changed. Programs with wider borders must be drawing it themselves.
