How the kubestack binaries (etcd, fleetd, ect) are going to be updated?

We do not want to build a new image with Packer :)

Then we need to restart all units including k8s ones.

hmm maybe terraform remote-exec provisioner can help over here

After playing with terraform I see it is only dedicated to manage your infrastructure
some different simple alternative is needed to run easily scripts around master/nodes

it looks like then best is to have fleet setup for the cluster and manage updates via global units
