Fix watch job

This should be a minor fix but haven't had time to look at it. We need to update our gulp watch job to auto compile changes back into the public folder.

FYI, I fixed this in my branch... Which diverges significantly from yours- I 'l try to back propagate a change perhaps at some point. Feel free to rip out the necessary stuff, should be relatively simple.
