[BUG] Page break error it leave first and last page blank

First of all, Thanks for creating this library. It's very awesome.

Describe the bug

vue-html2pdf": "^1.8.0"

I tried to separate page by unsing html2pdf__page-break

Why the first page does not go at the top? Also, it doesn't render the last element in the pdf.
