Get-SqlServerInventory not finding SQL instances

Just installed SQLPowerDoc on my workstation. I'm not sure it is working with the SMO that is installed with the stand alone SSMS 18.7. Logs indicate that it finds the server, scans it and finds the services for SQL Server but the DatabaseServerScanSuccessCount and the DatabaseServerScanFailCount are both 0 and the script returns No Machines Found!
I installed on another server where an older SQL client and SSMS 18.7 is installed and it works just fine from there. What could be causing this on my workstation. I've attached the output log after changing domain names and IP addresses
