BUG: Unable to create a new gist using GitHub Enterprise

Description
I am using VS Code v1.32.3 with extension v3.0.3 and GitHub Enterprise Server v2.16.4. When I try to create a new gist, I get the following error:
GIST ERROR: Could Not Create Fiori Elements using BOPF > Reason: Invalid time value.
I looked at the log file and here are the contents:
vscode-gist>error: extension.gist.open > Invalid time value
vscode-gist>error: extension.gist.create > Invalid time value

I'm unable to reproduce this bug. Can you tell me more about your environment? Windows, Mac, or Linux?
