Is it possible to make simultaneous interpretation ?

I have executed the project, it is working fine but myself trying for simultaneous interpretation as soon as the speaker completes the word it should be played at the other end.

• Currently it is sending text after completion of complete sentence or after the pause of it is sending to client.
• Is it possible to achieve it? Any idea would be helpful.
