Add xml:id to every tags as Grobid does

The xml:id identifier generated by Grobid are very convenient to work on the text sections/paragraph/sentences and keep a reference on them for subsequent processes.
I'd like to have these xml:id generated on the TEI that is obtained by the pub2tei process. I will submit a PR.
