The Home View needs to be ported.

Please use https://material-ui.com/demos/progress/ for the progress bars. Use Font Awesome (already setup, see NavItems.tsx) for the icons and https://material-ui.com/demos/paper/ for the cards.

Please keep the components small and simple, make as many as you need.
