confusing hidden comments in seurat day 2 slides

@liezeltamon Those comments didn't age well as slide numbering changes. It would have been clearer to refer to slide titles.

From looking at the slides in their current state, I suspect that:

"slide 5" refers to "Log-normalisation has limitations" currently slide 8
"slide 8" refers to "SCTransform is effective across wider range of expression" currently slide 12

as those are two of the figures that I've just dropped from seurat day 1 (finally!).

Anyway, let's discuss whether those lines of comments can be removed based on the surrounding slides in this seurat day 2 lesson.
