resume from where i got banned

I am trying to scrape all the posts of a particular person, i'm not sure how many posts there are, but even when I reduce the frequency to random intervals of 30 to 60 seconds, I still get banned. Is there any way to continue scraping the previous posts from the point where I got banned?

use Selenium or Chrome Extension, and hook the XHR to catch HTTP response data
