Remove si3t.ch (UM?)

I think http://si3t.ch is UM and should be removed. Any thoughts?

P.S.: Filing this issue as there's an accute PR: #971.
We should go through the other domains (at least those with < 20kb) to verify that they still rightfully on the list.
