I use Xcode Version 7.3.1 (7D1014) and tvOS 9.2

I have exactly the same problem, but I use XCODE TVOS 8.0 and 10, please help, I'm willing to make it work!

same problem XCODE 8.1 tvOS 10

Comment out that line. It will work with AppleTV.
