Could not find upscaler?

Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? It seems to be working fine, and fixing faces. Even in batches of 1000.
But for every image I run I get this in the cmd window:

Is there a place to set the upscaler it is looking for? I cannot find it in the options of the extension.
