Update UI to provide hints about how to get your keyboard to show up in the browser device chooser when the chooser is shown

If a keyboard isn't displayed in the device's webusb or webserial chooser, the user isn't entirely out of luck. Simply disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard, possibly holding in the bootloader interlock key (prog, or esc on the atreus) should get things going again.
