I've personally been out of the day to day Umbraco game for about a year now. So if anyone wants to contribute to this e-book. Please send up a PR.

There's nothing I can find about Grid Editors specifically. If I find some time over the next week, mind if I submit a PR? Do you have a suggestion as to where it fits in the outline? Thanks!
