The plugin fails when try to display a torrent name with Romanian diacritics.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a status or label folder which contains torrents with Romanian
diacritics in name.
What is the expected output?
- Plugin should display torrent list without any problem.
What do you see instead?
- Plugin fails.

Fixed, now it's working also with Romanian diacritics, and also it should work
for all regional settings which use UTF-8.
