Consider installing CMake Config files

If libcds provided a LibCDSConfig.cmake file with its installation, it would be easier to use it from a CMake-based project.

What minimum version you want?
At present, old CMake 2.8.12 is installed on some computers where I test the library and I cannot upgrade it.

None specifically, I just wanted to know what version you could support. But it seems like you can't move away from 2.x, which is fine.
