Function missing in orchestrate with prefect code

The code seems not the be fully in line with whats written in the article https://towardsdatascience.com/orchestrate-a-data-science-project-in-python-with-prefect-e69c61a49074.

The article mentions a get_classes function, that is not in data_engineering.py.

Hi @staeff, I attempted to make the code simpler after writing the article, but I can see how it can cause confusion. I reverted the change so you should see get_classes in data_engineering.py now
