Enable "Sort A-Z" and "Recent Posts" at the same time

My great idea for Fraidycat is:
I title my top feeds so they display in order (title prefaced with 001, 002, etc. e.g. "001 super important blog", "002 slightly less super important blog") because I read them first. It would be nice to see feeds in order with new posts on top at the same time
Other things might be nice, e.g. ability to change fonts, tag individual feed posts, etc. The "open in new tab" does't seem to work (running Brave browser & Ubuntu), but it's easy enough to middleclick a link. But otherwise, I'm glad my other feed reader broke b/c FraidyCat rocks!
@dnarby Hey! First off - thank you for the bug report on the "open in new tab" setting. The fixes are in and will be in the next release.
For sorting - can you explain to me a bit more? Just want to be sure I'm understanding. So you want to sort ALL numbered feeds first - followed by ALL unnumbered feeds sorted by recent activity?
