[Spike] Add logging tool

Find a 3rd party online logging tool for storing syslog from this server. The tool should have the following criteria:

Free for a certain amount of usage.
Able to search specific log fast enough.
Able to visualize log for further analysis.
Highly recommend find the one using ELK stack.
