Tunneler mapgen allows room<->tunnel intersections sometimes

While adding the 1x1 inset WRK_garrisons.fab variants, I noticed that the tunneler map generation allows tunnels to intersect with these rooms from the other side. Then, when those tunnels are eviscerated, the rooms are as well and any mob placed by the prefab is stuck in the wall.
