[Week 5] Executive Summary

-How much time collectively as a team did you spend on the project since the last class?
During this week, our team spent a total of 25 hours on building chatbot. To give details of how we spent our working hour, firstly, the team divided themselves into three branches of operation which are scripting chatbot’s dialogues, connecting chatbot to server and summarising all operations at the end of the week respectively. Each operation required each teammate nearly 2 hours researching and less than 1 hour executing to complete the operation. The remaining hours were spent on weekly research about chatbot to prepare for further activities in our plan.

• What project roadblocks/challenges is your team facing?
  After all operations of this week are completed, there may be flaws in our work which may cost us more time to sort them out and thus the amount of work might be accumulated week by week if we could not fix the errors as soon as possible.
• What advice would your team give to your past-selves of last week?
  There is one advice for us that we should know successful teamwork should be our main objective to achieve instead of making our chatbot perfect without acknowledging the efficiency of how we work together as a team. This advice is also a reminder to urge each teammate to constantly update their activities of building chatbot to ensure we are still catching up with our plan.
