I can't run a program

as the title say, I click exe file multiple time but nothing happened. Even task manager show it doesn't open at all. Not sure what the problem is.

Yeh me to. No warning not even try to open.

Nvm just look on Requirement: in the end of the code section

The program can only be executed after installing the software listed in the Requirements section of the README.
