app-forensics/tiger uses Debianism

In the build log for app-forensics/tiger recently I noticed tempfile: command not found. As seen for instance in alphapapa/restic-runner#1, tempfile is a Debianism, which can trivially be replaced by mktemp. But because this error didn't cause the install phase to fail, further analysis is needed to find where this change needs to be made.
