The util.sh install transmission as the torrent downloader which is heavy and there's a lighter application called aria2. Maybe the util.sh can provide choices for installation.

The reason I chose transmission because of its available client.
The pi acts as a server and the client can be android,windows,mac so you can add torrents on the go.
I shall add aria2 too. Else you can add and crete a pull request
