inline code links should look different from inline code

For all themes, inline code that is also a link should appear different from inline code, just like how a prose link looks different from prose.

See below: I cannot tell that that kit in "kit documentation" is also part of the link. Here its not bad since the link continues beyond the kit; but if the entire link is inline code then it is indistinguishable from non-link inline code without mousing over.
