provide kube-spawn logo in PNG as well

#225 added logos in svg. In addition, could you add png versions?
We need png versions because:
- for the README.md: github does not allow to render svg in the README.md
- for the cncf conformance tests: we need to give an URL to the logo but raw.githubusercontent.com does not give the correct content-type for svg.
