Electron support

I have been thinking about the possibility of using vash for electron desktop app. Having come from an MVC background using RAZOR. This support for electron will be super valuable for dynamic contents.

I'm fairly certain vash will work fine from electron, since it's a nodejs environment. If you run into an issue though feel free to open a more specific bug!
