[Theming] [Component] Incorrect visuals for arrow icons of disabled components

Not clear when this regressed, but right now arrow icons of disabled components such as comboboxes and command buttons do not look correct. They use full alpha instead of following the alpha of the disabled state

Checked the last few releases - 6.0, 6.5, 7.0. It's the same visuals, so not a regression. But definitely something that needs to be addressed.
