Rating distribution isn't getting parsed correctly

Describe the bug
For some series, the rating distribution only returns 10-1 not the actual percentage
To Reproduce
Series id 183386 is an example of it. The rating distribution is 10-1 while the actual data is different
Expected behavior
Should not be 10-1
