File data corrupt?

I downloaded data.sql.de and had a look at its contents.

It starts with this text:

and ends with:

1166040	31763	SEARCHBASE_LABEL	Cari dasar	id	ABStrings.loctable	AddressBookCore.framework	/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AddressBookCore.framework	macOS
1166041	31763	SEARCHBASE_LAB

This looks like both the start and end are incomplete lines.

Could it be that the data is corrupt, or what does this mean?

Ohh... The ".de" does not stand for "DE" language code, but the codes are just a enumeration: The "data.sql" has been split into multiple parts, and I just looked at one of the segments.
