Xcode 15 - UI test bundle includes screen shots but are not present in GH Action report

We recently updated our project to use Xcode 15. We have UI tests that run for each PR. Previously, the report generated from xcresulttool included screenshots. After updating to Xcode 15, the screenshots are no longer present. Here's a screenshot from a recent job:

I have double checked the screenshots are present in the bundle itself running the same command we use to run our UI tests locally (with Fastlane scan - it basically looks like this):
