Getting errors when running the project

When i click the find partner button i get this error
partner.js:121 Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'send' on 'WebSocket': Still in CONNECTING state.

Can you please provide me exact setup instructions how to run the project locally using docker?
When i do npm install i get several errors too.
