Organize output of Docker PDF script

The run_docker_build_pdf script currently outputs a lot more than necessary, for example from the pdflatex command. My proposal would be to write custom output messages and include only the TimeSheetGenerator output.

Maybe something like this:
> Generating timesheet ...
> Making pdf file ...
> Finished successfully!
> Generating timesheet ...
Maximum daily working time of 10:00 exceeded on 2019-11-02
Maximum working time without pause exceeded on 2019-11-02.
