Do not *ever* prompt a restart with a pop-up

Your uninstall script does this. The problem is that, if someone is doing something else at the time, such as typing, pressing the spacebar or enter key at the wrong time will interact with the prompt and agree to restart, because pop-ups steal focus from other apps. This behaviour is edging on the line with malware.

Let users use your tools at their discretion, the uninstall process is going to be finished at some point. There is no justification for forcing the user to interact with it until they are ready to do so.
