Unreasonable copying of fields when duplicating a document

When duplicating a document in the back office almost all fields are copied to the duplicate. It doesn't make sense in all cases e.g. identifiers or publication dates. Those fields should be empty for a duplicate to ensure that no ID is used twice accidentally.
