Admin activity changes are incorrectly logged

Hi Team,

I have noticed that admin activity changes are incorrectly logged for below section.
Admin -> content -> Design -> Configuration.

Changes in this section are incorrectly stored. I have applied changes in "Scripts and Style Sheets" section. But while seeing log its showing changes in different place. Please refer screentshot below.

Hi @palani-6s , do you mean that the 'Action' value in that screenshot is incorrect or that the Old / New values are incorrect?

Action is correct. But Old/New values are incorrect.
