Preconditions

Magento 2.3.2

Steps to reproduce

  1. Check the smtp config in Thunderbird: success
  2. Enter SMTP configuration and save
  3. Send test email

Actual result

Error popup window: "Invalid header value detected"

This is not a module problem. The recipient's name is not able the accent characters. @see: vendor/zendframework/zend-mail/src/Header/HeaderValue.php:35
