FEATURE REQUEST:

I was looking for a way to set "Block Sharding" with the "prometheus-thanos" helm chart but I didn't find it.

As explained in "Thanos Deep Dive: Inside a Distributed Monitoring System" presentation https://youtu.be/qQN0N14HXPM?t=1677 "Block Sharding" It's a way to tell "store gateway" to be responsible only for certain blocks.

to support it, I think "prometheus-thanos" helm chart needs to be able to support creating more than one "store gateway" each with different configurations.
