css and template display problems

Hi,
A recent update to version 1562 has generated a few template problems.
For all actions the drop down menus do not work.
The forms layouts in most actions e.g. search_glycan_sequence.action are
not displayed correct - loss of tab interface.

I'm running on the latest revision, and it all seems to work for me. Any local
changes you've made?
Are the javascripts getting pulled in correctly?
