Enhance UI for config page

The UI is pretty minimalist. We don't have a designer so whoever picks this up (me or anyone else) can just go ahead and makes something. If it turns out to not be too good, we can redo it.
It might be a good idea to have the config page mirror the viewing page, just with urls and config options instead of actually displaying the iframes.
