SoulUI Remains At The Center Of The Screen When In Space

Not really a bug more of a implementation oversight. The position of the UI is static on the grounds that the player is always in the center of the screen. The top/bottom of the map allows the player to move off the center of the screen.

Use Drawlayers nerd. Warden got various UI reworks (no counter tho)
