GRUB Bootloader when attempting to boot into Napper ISO

I'm attempting to boot into the Napper ISO, after flashing it to my flashdrive, on a dell latitude device. I am met with the GRUB bootloader each time. Flashed in DD mode per Linux instructions.

Any ideas about what I might be doing wrong?

I think the issue might be because my system only supports UEFI boot. If this is the case, is there a work around?
