fix: button effect in neumorphism theme

since theming was introduced, the pressed button effect (inverted, looks like an input field) got lost.
it would be nice if the buttons in the neumorphism theme have a visible :active state as well remain in that state, if they are toggle-able like the estimation-value buttons.
