[1.21] [Neoforge] Rituals not starting

Describe the bug
For some reason, After setting up a ritual, no particles are showing if it started or not.
I set everything and triggered it to start but nothing happened.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a ritual

Expected behavior
The items should be consumed

• Occultism Version: 1.136.5
• OS: Windows
• Minecraft Version: 1.21

Additional context
Originally, I tried to summon a blacksmith, and for some reason, it never completed the ritual. It got stuck on the book consumption stage.
I then try to break the bowl to re-start it. It got a ticking entity that I cleared. Now when I try to do a new ritual. It does not start

Fixed after destroying the entire circle and remaking it.
